Unlike most other K24 setups currently on the market, our kit is 100% dyno developed in house.
There is a lot of speculation and claims out there on who makes the most powerful K24 based turbo kit for the 996TT, and we've tested a lot of them on our own AWD Mustang dynamometer. In its final version, our kit has outperformed each and every one of them.
Using a G.I.A.C. chip file proprietary to us, we have massaged the hardware to unleash a true 600 crank hp on 100+ octane race fuel and 585 crank hp on 92+ octane street fuel.
Featured on several sports stars' and celebrities' cars, this kit delivers. Drivability is perfect, allowing you to drive the vehicle as gently or aggressively as you wish.

Below is a comparision dyno test as performed on our Mustang MD-500-SE AWD dyno.
All tests were performed on the same car (03 996TT), with controlled ambient conditions. Each test is the best of 3 runs performed. Fuel used was Mobil 93 octane. (VP 103 octane was used for Race Fuel testing).
Please note that all results are power at all four wheels and should not be compared to results as measured at the rear wheels with the front drive axles removed.
Factory stock 996TT vs AWE Tuning K24 kit with AWE Tuning muffler
(Above) The AWE Tuning K24 turbo kit yields a massive improvement in power. Gains with the kit at the power peaks were 147.8 wheel hp and 119.3 wheel torque over stock. Using a 1.17 correction factor to correct for approximately a 15% drivetrain loss, this results in gains of ~173 crank hp and 140 crank tq. 300 cpsi catalytic converters were also installed on the AWE Tuning muffler for the test.

(Above) The AWE Tuning K24 turbo kit yields a massive improvement in power. Gains with the kit at the power peaks were 97.9 wheel hp and 41.7 wheel torque over the stock turbos with G.I.A.C. chip. Using a 1.17 correction factor to correct for approximately a 15% drivetrain loss, this results in gains of ~115 crank hp and 49 crank tq. 300 cpsi catalytic converters were also installed on the AWE Tuning muffler for the test.

(Above) This dyno sheet shows the gains to be expected from the addition of the turbo and proprietary G.I.A.C. chip program portion of the AWE Tuning K24 complete turbo kit. Gains with the kit at the power peaks were 74.4 wheel hp and 29.4 wheel torque over the stock turbos with G.I.A.C. chip and AWE Tuning muffler. Using a 1.17 correction factor to correct for approximately a 15% drivetrain loss, this results in gains of ~87 crank hp and 34 crank tq. 300 cpsi catalytic converters were also installed on the AWE Tuning muffler for the test and base.

(Above) This dyno sheet shows the gains to be expected from the use of a special G.I.A.C. race chip program with 100+ octane race fuel. AWE Tuning K24 turbo kit. Gains from the race fuel chip program at the power peaks were 12.6 wheel hp and 31.9 wheel torque over the street fuel chip program. Using a 1.17 correction factor to correct for approximately a 15% drivetrain loss, this results in gains of ~15 crank hp and 37 crank tq: 603 total crank hp and 606 total crank torque! 300 cpsi catalytic converters were also installed on the AWE Tuning muffler for the test and base.

Their unique products like the SWITCHPATH AWE Exhaust System for your Porsche is designed to direct exhaust gasses away from the side mufflers giving you that impressive AWE exhaust touring tone only slightly louder and then with the “SWITCHPATH” valve open your exhaust gasses are directed away from the side muffler and you get that more aggressive sound.

Start at the original place of purchase. 100% of claims start with the original place of purchase, and all refunds, if granted, are through the original place of purchase. Call them first.
If you remove, we can not approve. If a product issue is discovered after installation, do not remove the product before receiving confirmation of a return approval from the original place of purchase. On-car information can often lead to diagnosis and action plans; AWE requires a chance to address in this manner. Post-install products removed prior to return authorization will be denied any warranty claim.
Any alterations or attempts to fix will void the warranty. This includes welding, bending, or any ad-hoc methods that alter the product in any way.
All warranties are for the original owner only. Second owners can purchase replacement components at a discount, directly from AWE or from participating dealers.
Manufacturer defect is defined as any characteristic of the product which hinders its usability for the purpose for which it was designed and manufactured. The warranty against manufacturer defects doesn’t cover any cosmetic changes, or normal use wear and tear. All warranties cease at a product’s discontinuance. Here’s a quick summary of our products and how long each is covered for manufacturer defects: All AWE brand products. Please note that special order items are not returnable.

In the event of a return, a product must be returned with no signs of abuse, incorrect installation, forced installation, motorsports usage, or product altering whatsoever. Any trace of the aforementioned will result in warranty denial.
AWE's One Year Tip Finish Warranty covers defects on AWE tips for a period of one year from purchase date. Exclusions to the AWE One Year Tip Finish Warranty: (1) Pinhole sized pitting on the inside of tips, which is considered normal wear and tear, and (2) Blemishes or marring of appearance due to weather, road hazards, lack of maintenance (defined in next sentence) or extremes of heat or cold. Thorough periodic cleaning of AWE tips is required as general maintenance, and must be done prior to submitting a warranty claim on tips, as returned tips found to have been dirty (and not defective) will have forfeited any core charges.
