Sump kits lower the suction point and gather all your tanks fuel to one central location to maximize the usage of available fuel. This package includes both our “No Drop” Sump Kit and Convoluted Suction Tube Kit that will keep all components inside the fuel tank and draw from inside the sump bowl with no external fuel lines. This upgrade package is intended to be used by customers that already have our Bulkhead Fitting and would like to upgrade and out our no drop sump bowl.
Our “No Drop” Sump kits are designed to install without having to remove your factory fuel tank, the unique design makes installation quick and simple for even beginner mechanics. As with all sumps we designed ours with a ½” fuel line port on the outside wall to decrease installation difficulty of our FASS fuel pump product line. When combined with our Bulkhead Suction Tube Kit, fuel can be drawn from inside the tank, both methods can help eliminate the dreaded ¼ issue that is known to haunt Dodge Cummins Owners

This product is suggested to be installed with our FASS Titanium Series Lift Pumps. The larger suction tubes and Fuel Sump Bowl improve fuel delivery and work perfectly with a higher volume fuel pumps.

FASS Fuel System (Fuel Air Separation System) is a combination diesel FASS fuel pump and fuel filtration system that is designed to improve your diesel trucks fuel mileage, engine performance and extend the life of your diesel injection system.
FASS fuel system manufactures from American made components that are then assembled and tested in house using the highest quality components. FASS Diesel systems fit most Ford Powerstroke, Dodge Cummins, and GM Duramax Engines.
With a FASS Fuel Pump or FASS fuel filters only the purest quality fuel is delivered to your diesel engine by removing dirt, water and air through a two step filtration process while switching the fuel delivery process from a suction delivery to a pressure delivery, eliminating the possibility of reintroducing air back into the fuel after it has already been removed. FASS Fuel Filters (diesel) have a rating as low as 3 Micron, which provides superior protection from debris in your diesel fuel and engine. FASS Titanium Series Fuel Air Separation Systems
Titanium Series diesel FASS fuel pumps are a compact design with a very powerful motor designed and manufactured to hold up to the most extreme conditions. The FASS Titanium Series pump utilizes a motor that is capable of flow rates up to 260 gallons per hour and is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all light duty diesel applications.
FASS Titanium Series Fuel Systems are beneficial for both modified and stock motors. An improved filtration process can help extend the life of your Bosch injection system, especially the injectors that are prone to failures.
FASS Adjustable Fuel Pumps
FASS produces the most versatile High Performance Fuel Pump (pump only) on the market (The FA Series). The FA Series allows the customer to tweak the fuel pressure to the engine on-the-fly, delivering unmatched versatility. Flow rates from 95 – 260gph and fuel pressure from 0 – 75psi!

FASS Fuel Systems Warranty Policy
Warranty Criteria Qualifications:
Pump must be registered with purchase receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Registration must be complete
Must be purchased through an Authorized/VIP Dealer
Must be original owner on original vehicle, as verified by match of last six digits of vehicle VIN number matched with corresponding FASS serial number
If pump qualifies for Warranty and customer has a claim:
NOTE: To qualify for the Extended Warranty, we must have received a copy of your receipt (un-tampered with or fabricated in any way) verifying purchase through an Authorized or VIP Dealer within 30 days of purchase. Both the product registration and receipt must be approved. We have the right to deny any warranty believed to be false, altered or purchased through an unauthorized/terminated dealer.
If product registration and receipt is not received within 30 days of end user purchase date there is a 1 YEAR manufacture warranty from manufactures date.
If warranty work is needed, please call FASS with your serial number of your pump to verify if registration was completed properly. If your pump is under warranty, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and have the pump sent in to be Repaired and Returned (R & R) Any FASS product damaged due to poor installation (example DDRP being hit by moving suspension components) would not be covered under warranty.
FASS is not responsible for labor cost, tow bills or damage that may have been caused by a suspected failed FASS product and/or improper installation.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ship any warranty claims to FASS at their expense. FASS will cover all UPS ground charges (within the continental united states) to ship back to customer’s. Any expedited shipping charges will not be covered by FASS and is the customer’s responsibility
NOTE: If repairs are sent in without an RMA number, an additional charge of $25.00 will accompany the pump, even if pump is under warranty.
NO PERSONAL DELIVERIES!
If any unit should come in and test within spec regardless of warranty or no warranty the customer will be charged $25-$35 bench fee.
FASS warranty does not cover:
FASS does not cover wear on fuel line, wire harness, or fittings etc.
NOTE: FASS pumps are gerotor pumps and any FASS fuel pump with a seized gerotor due to lack of filtration will not be covered under warranty and will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for any repair or replacement of parts. Customer should use approved filters.
FASS does not cover improper installation or improper application of a FASS product.
Fatty acid build-up on the gear of the FASS pump due to improper WASHING and FILTRA-TION of veggie fuel will cause motor to over amp and prematurely wear out and is not covered under FASS warranty.

Some items that require Truck Freight Delivery will require a Truck Freight surcharge.
