- WET Carbon Fiber - This product is manufactured Wet using 3K, 2×2 Twill Weave Carbon Fiber and Anderson Composites proprietary vacuum infusion process. The industry calls this process Wet because the resin is introduced into the mold as a liquid; this process produces a high gloss, wet-look shiny finish. It is highly recommended to use an automotive clear with UV inhibitors to prolong the life and finish of the product.

Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carriers damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyers right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as Anderson Composites from any further damage claims. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS: PLEASE INSPECT ALL TRUCK FREIGHT SHIPPED ITEMS OUT OF THE BOX BEFORE SIGNING FOR THE DELIVERY. If parts arrive damaged or missing, please do not SIGN for delivery and REFUSE the package. If the driver will not let you refuse it without signing for it then sign "DAMAGED" or "PARTS MISSING". If the parts are refused and not damaged or missing, the customer will be responsible for shipping. If the driver refuses to let you inspect the delivery please accept the package and sign "DRIVER DID NOT LET ME INSPECT PARTS".

Items sold by Anderson Composites may not be legal for street use in all states. It is the buyerfs responsibility to comply with applicable state laws. Buyer understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State safety crash guidelines, Anderson Composites is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injuries incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment, or act of nature/God, Allah, Jehovah, etc. All products are intended for off-highway uses only, and should be used for their intended purposes only. Anderson Composites does not take responsibility over buyer installation, modification, and unusual stress of the products. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. Anderson Composites is not responsible for any damages incurred either directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators/passengers within the vehicles.
Customers in countries/regions outside of the USA should purchase Anderson Composites products from the Authorized Distributors in that region. Purchases made through non-official channels do not qualify for warranties.
Installation
All products require professional installation. Buyer understands that some products may require modifications for correct fitment. Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process. All carbon fiber products will not sustain heavy force or weight, for they could be cracked by such force or weight. Anderson Composites has made an effort to produce all its aftermarket products to fit the original factory vehicles as closely as possible. However, some occasional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to perform these steps to his/her satisfaction before installation. If the buyer wishes to paint the products, he or she must pre-fit the parts to the vehicle before painting to ensure proper fit. There are absolutely no returns on painted products.
Hood Pins
All hoods require hood pins for safety reasons. Anderson Composites will not be liable for any damages to the product and the vehicle caused by not properly using hood pins.
Heat Shields:
Anderson Composites requires the use of heat shields for all carbon fiber and fiberglass hoods. Heat shields help avoid pre-mature aging of the product.
Anderson Composites 6-Month Appearance Guarantee
The following situations are fully covered under the Anderson Composites 6-Month Appearance Guarantee: (Note that all Anderson Composites carbon fiber and fiberglass products are hand-made, and small imperfections are inevitable. Claims guilty of abusing Anderson Composites claims program will be denied immediately)
Heavy cloudiness under the clear finish (which is only visible under the sun. Anderson Composites apologizes for not being able to QC every product under natural sun light)
Clear finish bubble larger than 3/8 in diameter
Anderson Composites 6-Month Clear Finish Guarantee
The following situations are fully covered under the Anderson Composites 6-Month Clear Finish Guarantee: Clear finish changes color more than a full shade within 6 months (Note: like car paint, slight fading and discoloration is natural. The warranty only covers more extreme cases.)
Hood Pins: All hoods require hood pins for safety reasons. Anderson Composites will not be liable for any damages to the product and the vehicle caused by not properly using hood pins.
Defective Products
All products require professional installation. Minor adjustments might be necessary. These are normal body work and installation steps. Therefore it is NOT considered to be defective. In addition, most carbon fiber products are hand-crafted, and no two items will be identical. Small imperfections such as wavy weaves, small bubbles, and clear finish blemishes are inevitable. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defects on products prior to return. See below for information on our return policy.
Shipping Damage
Anderson Composites packs all products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. However, damage may still occur occasionally. All damages must be notified to carrier and the dealer within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notation on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is the amount the buyer paid to the distributor and is not negotiable. All disputes about the settlement amount should be addressed with the carrier. Anderson Composites, under no circumstances, shall be liable for the damaged product or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.

FREE SHIPPING: Please note FREE Shipping refers to shipping within the contiguous continental US only. All other locations extra. Some items that require Truck Freight Delivery will require a Truck Freight surcharge. This surcharge is still a discounted shipping amount that is lower then the actual truck freight shipping charge that is charged to LMP. LMP will try to still give the lowest price possible for truck freight items.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Some items are special ordered and may not be returnable, or even cancellable as they are going into production specifically because you ordered them. Special ordered items can have a 5-35% cancelation fee.
Cancellations: Instock orders cannot be canceled due to our automated ordering & fast shipping system. To keep our prices low, all cancelations are subject to a 5% cancelation fee to cover transaction processing fees. We reserve the right to charge up to a 10% cancellation fee for cancelled orders due to merchant fees, special order fees and the cost of processing and shipping orders.When you request a cancellation of an order or a part, please note that it may take time for a manufacturer to cancel an order if the order is drop-shipped. We also have to confirm that the product has not shipped. If the product has shipped then this must be processed as a return.Also note that sometimes products ship more quickly than expected, so we recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving final confirmation of the cancellation.
Returns:We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All Returns must be in original packaging. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Up to a 25% Restocking Fee may apply. Special orders may be subject to Additional Manufacturer Restock Fees as well. Shipping cost will not be refunded.Hoods as well as PCM Programmers may not be returned unless defective and only for replacement. Lost Order ClaimsAll lost order/package claims must be made within 5 days of the shipping date or tracking information delivery date. All claimes made after this date will not be accepted due to Shipping companies policies of filing loss claims.
Damaged Items or Incorrect Items: Please contact us right away if your item has been damaged in shipping or are incorrect. Please note that we will ship replacement items the same method of shipping the order was originally placed for. LMPerformance can not ship packages overnight at our cost if the original shipping was not also overnight. Claims must be filed in order for replacement parts to be shipped.
Warranties:Any warranty claims must be placed with the manufacturer. All of the products sold by LMPerformance, regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Many of these products are designed for off-road use only and are not legal for use on public highways. If you have a question about the warranty on a specific product, please e-mail or call us. Buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with these products.
Installation:We are not responsible for or any costs associated with the installation or the improper installation of any products. Purchaser assumes the risk associated with the installation of products.
