The ingenuity and dedication of REVEL to product development is manifested in product features like the TSD coilovers pillow upper mounts that replace the OED rubber bushing with a spherical bearing and an adjustable camber plate that afford improved tire traction and alignment. And on their MACPHERSON type struts teflon thrust washers are utilized in order to reduce the friction caused during steering and also eliminates spring binding and movement.In addition the spring rates are meticulously balanced to afford both comfort and that coveted sport like feel and the full length thread body with independent preload affords maximum lowering capability and larger piston valves and oil capacity provides a faster reacting dampening force through all temperatures.

REVEL warrants all parts against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service after proper installation, (subject to the conditions and exclusions described below) for a period of one (1) year from the original consumer’s date of purchase. During the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective part or refund your money. This warranty does not cover labor reimbursement. This warranty is non-transferrable. Replacement parts are warranted from the date of exchange for a period of one (1) year. The following is a non-exclusive list of examples that are not considered defects: failure due to accident or collision, chemical fallout, corrosion due to salt or other environmental conditions including natural disasters; improper installation, self-installation, or modification of the part; vehicles under manufacturer’s recall for a related problem; and misuse or abuse, including off-road driving or racing.

THIS WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE AND THE MANUFACTURER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, CONDITION OF ANY KIND, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties, and in those states any implied warranty that may apply is limited to one year. If any provision of the warranty should be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions of the warranty shall remain in full force and effect.
To file a claim: You must obtain a Return Authorization from the original place of purchase prior to returning parts for inspection for defects. Returns must accompany the original consumer’s sales receipt. The R.A. number must be written on the outside of the carton to be returned. Any carton without a proper R.A number will be refused. An R.A. does not guarantee repair, replacement or refund, only that the manufacturer will inspect the parts for defects. Returns must be sent by pre-paid freight. If an inspection is performed and the product is working properly, the customer will be responsible for the shipping return expenses.

Lost Order ClaimsAll lost order/package claims must be made within 5 days of the shipping date or tracking information delivery date. All claimes made after this date will not be accepted due to Shipping companies policies of filing loss claims.
Damaged Items or Incorrect Items: Please contact us right away if your item has been damaged in shipping or are incorrect. Please note that we will ship replacement items the same method of shipping the order was originally placed for. LMPerformance can not ship packages overnight at our cost if the original shipping was not also overnight. Claims must be filed in order for replacement parts to be shipped.
Warranties:Any warranty claims must be placed with the manufacturer. All of the products sold by LMPerformance, regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used.
