All billet flywheels are NOT created equal! Every RAM True Balance flywheel is turned, drilled, and tapped on our own CNC equipment from SFI certified materials. Aluminum flywheels get a replaceable carbon steel friction insert. Flywheels are then precision ground parallel to the crank flange and to the proper RMS finish for optimum mating of the friction disc. Shrink fit ring gears are replaceable; one piece flywheels require replacing the entire flywheel! Finally the flywheel is digitally balanced to the proper factory specification. Due to the intended use of these products, warranty is limited to 30 days for correct fit to the specified vehicle, provided there are NO modifications or changes to driveline, tire & wheel diameter, or release mechanisms from factory original components, except as specified as necessary by RAM, and parts are installed as specified by RAM, and any recommended accessory items have been installed. Since this product is a consumable item, no warranty is offered or made for durability or specific performance. This product is intended for installation by qualified installers and hobbyists. RAM will not be liable for installation labor or vehicle downtime if it becomes necessary to return alleged warranty items to the factory for evaluation.
Street Dual Disc units
Street dual disc clutches are STRICTLY FACTORY WARRANTY ONLY. Customer must return the unit to RAM for evaluation and inspection.
Flywheels
RAM flywheels are STRICTLY FACTORY WARRANTY ONLY. Customer must return the unit to RAM for evaluation and inspection.
Hydraulic release bearings
Hydraulic release bearings are STRICTLY FACTORY WARRANTY ONLY. Customer must return the unit to RAM for evaluation and inspection.
Replacement Sets
RAM Replacement Sets are warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles (Whichever occurs first) against manufacturing defects when installed in an unmodified in any way, factory stock passenger car used exclusively for daily transportation. No warranty is offered for commercial, off road, street performance, or racing use. This warranty requires resurfacing the flywheel before installation and any items submitted for warranty evaluation must be accompanied by proof this procedure has been performed. The warranty specifically excludes damage from faulty installation, improper adjustment, physically damaged or broken parts, burned friction surfaces, or prematurely worn parts due to overload or misuse. This product is intended for installation by qualified installers and hobbyists. RAM will not be liable for installation labor or vehicle downtime if it becomes necessary to return alleged warranty items to the factory for evaluation.
Frequently, clutch problems are related to adjustment and/or release system malfunction.
Before removing the suspected warranty clutch from the vehicle, refer to the vehicle service manual for specific information on operation and adjustment of the release system to correctly test and adjust for proper release. If you cannot resolve the problem and must remove the clutch from the vehicle, use the following guidelines to determine if your clutch qualifies for warranty status.

Returns:We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All Returns must be in original packaging. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Up to a 25% Restocking Fee may apply. Special orders may be subject to Additional Manufacturer Restock Fees as well. Lost Order ClaimsAll lost order/package claims must be made within 5 days of the shipping date or tracking information delivery date. All claimes made after this date will not be accepted due to Shipping companies policies of filing loss claims.
Damaged Items or Incorrect Items: Please contact us right away if your item has been damaged in shipping or are incorrect. Please note that we will ship replacement items the same method of shipping the order was originally placed for. LMPerformance can not ship packages overnight at our cost if the original shipping was not also overnight. Claims must be filed in order for replacement parts to be shipped.
Warranties:Any warranty claims must be placed with the manufacturer. All of the products sold by LMPerformance, regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Many of these products are designed for off-road use only and are not legal for use on public highways. If you have a question about the warranty on a specific product, please e-mail or call us.
