Functional Dodge Ram 2500 heat extractor hood is perfect replacement for the ordinary factory hood. Direct cold intake air to work with performance air intake system by major manufacturers such as AirRaid and K&N. Also features heat extractor vents along side of the hood to draw hot air from the engine bay. For these Dodge Ram 2500 aftermarket parts, AmeriHood utilized factory hinges and striker for easier installation. Smooth gel coat finish applied on top and underside for easy prep and shorten work time for that perfect finish.

Amerihood Installation Instructions:
- Fiberglass Hood Panel Edges Are Typical Thicker Than Factory Metal/Aluminum Hoods. Some Applications Require Some Grinding Work To Insure Proper Fitting.
- For Accessories Such As Front Hood Grille, Pilot Holes Are Pre Drilled On Most Of Our Hood Panels.
- Customers Must Fit Merchandise to vehicle to Ensure Proper Fitting And Alignment Prior To Painting.
- Since They Are All Handmade Minor Differences Can Occur. Adjustment Is Needed Sometimes.
- Fiberglass Hood Panels Come In Gel-Coated Finish Which Must Be Painted After Trial Fitting To Match The Customer's Vehicle. Hand Prepped Work Is Required Prior Painting. Occasionally Minor Scuffs Or Non-Consequential Surface Blemishes May Be Present As A Result Of The Post-Curing, Manufacturing, Shipping And Handling Process. These Blemishes Are Removed During The Normal Sanding And Preparation Process Required When Painting Any Vehicle Body Component.
- Adjustable Striker Is Provided For Easier Adjustment Than Messing With Factory Latch For Most Of Hood Applications.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS: PLEASE INSPECT ALL TRUCK FREIGHT SHIPPED ITEMS OUT OF THE BOX BEFORE SIGNING FOR THE DELIVERY. If parts arrive damaged or missing, please do not SIGN for delivery and REFUSE the package. If the driver will not let you refuse it without signing for it then sign "DAMAGED" or "PARTS MISSING". If the parts are refused and not damaged or missing, the customer will be responsible for shipping. If the driver refuses to let you inspect the delivery please accept the package and sign "DRIVER DID NOT LET ME INSPECT PARTS".

Carbon Fiber Hoods ARE NOT Covered, Sold As Is Due to Complicity Nature Of The Product.
Amerihood Warrants To The Original Purchaser That Our Products Will Be Free From Defects In Materials And Workmanship For A Period Of (90) Days From The Date Of Purchase. Please Keep The Original Packaging For At Least (90) Days. All Warranty Claims Must Be Shipped Back To Amerihood Prepaid With Proof Of Purchase And A Description Of The Defect.
This Warranty Does Not Include Painting And Amerihood Does Not Warrant For Product Damage Caused By Abuse, Misuse, Shipping, Accident, Normal Wear, Incorrect Installation By A Non-Qualified Individual , Incorrect Modification Or Adjustment, Dirt, Contaminants Or Corrosion. Minor Scuffs Or Non-Consequential Surface Blemishes May Be Present As A Result Of The Post-Curing, Manufacturing, Shipping And Handling Process Cannot Be Considered As Defective.
All parts purchased by the customer must be post cured and pre-fitted to the vehicle to be inspected before painting, such paint work is the sole responsibility of the customer and person painting the part.
Notify Amerihood's Sales Department Immediately When You File A Warranty Claim. Do Not Return Any Merchandise To Amerihood Without Prior Authorization; Non-Authorized Returns Will Be Refused By Amerihood's Receiving Department. All Warranty Claims Must Be Accompanied By A Dated, Legitimate Proof Of Purchase From Amerihood Or One Of Its Authorized Dealers. Warranty Claims For Amerihood Merchandise Purchased From A Amerihood Dealer Or Distributor Must Be Submitted To That Dealer Or Distributor In Accordance To Their Policies And Procedures. It Will Be Up To Amerihood To Replace, Credit Or Repair Said Defective Part.
In The Event Of A Defect In Material Or Workmanship, Amerihood Shall Not Be Responsible For (A) Actual Or Alleged Installation Labor, Transportation Or Other Incidental Charges; (B) Actual Or Alleged Consequential Or Other Damages Incurred By Use Of Amerihood Products; (C) Injury Or Any Damages Arising Directly Or Indirectly From Any Defects In Its' Goods, Defective Or Otherwise. You Have Specific Legal Rights With This Warranty And May Also Have Special Rights That Vary From State To State.
