Although rare, Diesel Engine Runaway is caused when external hydrocarbons are drawn into the engine and can cause overspeeding and catastrophic engine failure. Life, limb and your vehicle are put in jeopardy. BD Diesel Performance has you covered should the worst happen with our Electronic Positive Air Shutdown (E-PAS) units by cutting the intake air supply to the cylinders and safely shutting down the engine. The E-PAS controls the electronic throttle body in the intake manifold found on most late model diesel engines by closing it to shut off the air supply in emergency situations. The E-PAS can be easily installed in less than 1.5 hours with factory plug-in connectors and premade wiring harnesses. Automatically resets itself after shutdown and can be easily removed for truck lease returns.

The extensive array of products available from BD include things like the BD turbocharger that is hand crafted to meet even the most demanding customers needs. The use of precision lathes, milling equipment, honing machines and inspection CMMs guarantee that your product will surpass OEMs specifications. Of course, the BD exhaust brakes are a force to be reckoned with since their resilient cast-iron bodies have an offset stainless steel butterfly that builds peak at an extensive pace. The Positive Air Shutdown assures you that emergency engine shutdown is forthcoming and the turbine diverter valve will improve your turbocharger response time if you have a turbo without Variable Geometry regulation.
BD has a dedicated and experienced team in their Transmission and Torque Convertor Department whose goals are to meet the challenge of transferring all the torque from your diesel engine to your drive wheels while at the same time not compromising shift quality and causing as little noise, vibration and harshness as possible. Returns:We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All Returns must be in original packaging. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Up to a 25% Restocking Fee may apply. Special Orders may be subject to Additional Manufacturer Restock Fees as well. Shipping cost will not be refunded.Hoods as well as PCM Programmers may not be returned unless defective and only for replacement. Lost Order ClaimsAll lost order/package claims must be made within 5 days of the shipping date or tracking information delivery date. All claimes made after this date will not be accepted due to Shipping companies policies of filing loss claims.
Damaged Items or Incorrect Items: Please contact us right away if your item has been damaged in shipping or are incorrect. Please note that we will ship replacement items the same method of shipping the order was originally placed for. LMPerformance can not ship packages overnight at our cost if the original shipping was not also overnight. Claims must be filed in order for replacement parts to be shipped.
Warranties:Any warranty claims must be placed with the manufacturer. All of the products sold by LMPerformance, regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used.
