We are excited to announce New Revel Touring Sport Coilover Applications! The Touring Sports Damper offers you a sporty yet compliant ride that will enhance your driving experience to new heights. A full case length threaded monotube damper give you greater ride height range and 32 levels of dampening adjustment allows for fine tuning of the ride characteristics. Pillowball upper mounts are included when available as well as Teflon thrust washers to reduce spring binding during suspension movement.
EVERYDAY PERFORMANCE: The 32 way adjustable Revel Touring Sports Damper is the ideal solution for the most comfortable ride in a coilover kit while achieving an extremely low ride height and utilizing the perfect balance of dampening forces and spring rates to deliver smooth performance when it is needed.
PILLOWBALL UPPER MOUNT: Pillowball upper mounts give the driver greater driving feedback when compared to OEM rubber upper mounts. A spherical bearing is used in place of a rubber bushing and an adjustable camber plate is utilized on certain applications which aid in achieving improved tire traction and alignment.

LOW FRICTION THRUST WASHER: Teflon thrust washers reduce friction during steering movement and eliminates spring binding and movement. Also eliminating unwanted noise and maintaining proper adjustment of the height adjustment.*Teflon thrust washers included only on MacPherson type strut.
PERFECT BALANCE: Spring rates are perfectly balanced between comfort and sport like feel for optimum ride quality. Full length thread body with independent preload allows for max lowering.
MONOTUBE DAMPER: Larger piston valves and oil capacity allows for a faster reacting dampening force and efficiency through all temperature ranges. High strength and rigidity brackets ensure the driver has the utmost confidence for all driving types.

And on their MACPHERSON type struts teflon thrust washers are utilized in order to reduce the friction caused during steering and also eliminates spring binding and movement.In addition the spring rates are meticulously balanced to afford both comfort and that coveted sport like feel and the full length thread body with independent preload affords maximum lowering capability and larger piston valves and oil capacity provides a faster reacting dampening force through all temperatures.

Revel Warranty Policy
REVEL warrants all parts against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service after proper installation, (subject to the conditions and exclusions described below) for a period of one (1) year from the original consumer’s date of purchase. During the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective part or refund your money. This warranty does not cover labor reimbursement. This warranty is non-transferrable. Replacement parts are warranted from the date of exchange for a period of one (1) year. The following is a non-exclusive list of examples that are not considered defects: failure due to accident or collision, chemical fallout, corrosion due to salt or other environmental conditions including natural disasters; improper installation, self-installation, or modification of the part; vehicles under manufacturer’s recall for a related problem; and misuse or abuse, including off-road driving or racing.
* NOTE: BOSCH LSU 4.9 Sensor included in the Revel VLS Wideband A/F Ratio Gauge is not covered under any warranty.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM A DEFECT IN OR FAILURE OF THE PART. THIS WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE AND THE MANUFACTURER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, CONDITION OF ANY KIND, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties, and in those states any implied warranty that may apply is limited to one year. If any provision of the warranty should be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions of the warranty shall remain in full force and effect.
To file a claim: You must obtain a Return Authorization from the original place of purchase prior to returning parts for inspection for defects. Returns must accompany the original consumer’s sales receipt. The R.A. number must be written on the outside of the carton to be returned. Any carton without a proper R.A number will be refused. An R.A. does not guarantee repair, replacement or refund, only that the manufacturer will inspect the parts for defects. Returns must be sent by pre-paid freight. If an inspection is performed and the product is working properly, the customer will be responsible for the shipping return expenses.
