It is available in a 3, 4 or 6 puck configuration. Use the 3 puck for the lightest option or the 6 puck for the smoothest engagement. The 4 puck is a good compromise for both. Street drivable in 6 puck configuration, but not street friendly due to the rigid hub. Best for drag racing, road racing, pulling, rallye and drift.

With all billet construction, these units are smooth and quiet. The units are rebuild-able by SPEC or the end user and replacement components or rebuild services are always available. The super twin is constructed with aircraft grade aluminum and high carbon billet steel milled to an industry leading .001 inch for perfect balance and actuation. Friction is provided by dampened, full-faced carbon graphite discs. Organic, fiber and full metallic options are available. Flywheel and track-spec hardware are included in each kit. SPEC flywheels are NOT a one-fits-all lightweight flywheel, though they can be used for an array of driving habits and racing/high performance applications. Manufactured from only the highest quality steel and aluminum, they are the only flywheels on the market manufactured to a .001 machine tolerance, guaranteeing a flat seating surface for the clutch and smooth rotational qualities for perfect balance and extended engine life. |

Types of Driving:AllStock appearing aluminum pressure plates allow for quicker revs, more horsepower and increased engine reliability. These pressure plates are a great addition to SPEC lightweight flywheels or factory flywheels, and can be used with a variety of friction discs. |
Types of Driving:AllSPEC Super Clamp pressure plates have extreme clamp loads that are beyond what is offered in the standard high clamp kit. These pressure plates will provide a marginally higher pedal requirement, but are engineered to have reasonable drivability and not be a detriment to the car’s release system. Expect a 50-60% increase in clamp load above and beyond the increase offered by our standard high clamp pressure plate. | |
