Please use this online form for returns and also fill out this return form and email or fax this back to LMPerformance Returns. We will contact you with an RMA number and return instructions.
We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed.
No returns will be accepted after 45 days. All Returns must be in original packaging.
Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made.
Up to a 25% Restocking Fee may apply (Manufacturer restock fee + Original Shipping LMPerformance Paid UPS/FEDEX to ship to you). Special orders may be subject to Manufacturer Restock Fees as well. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
Hoods as well as Programmers may not be returned unless defective and only for replacement. If you are requesting a full refund including shipping we will require a full detailed description of what is wrong with the product or why it does not fit your appplication. This information will greatly speed up the returns process.
If you are requesting a return of a damaged SPYDER product, SPYDER requires pictures in order for them to issue a return label. Also please be aware that spyder is slow to respond to return requests so please be patient, it sometimes takes multiple requests in order for us to receive an RMA#.
